Description
- This heavy duty shelf support allows a shelf to fold down when not in use.
- Shelf will lock in place when in the horizontal (90 degree) position. There are also two other locking positions: 80 degrees and 70 degrees.
- Shelf can fold flat against the wall when not in use (0 degrees).
- Shelf releases from the locked position by pressing on a lever which is positioned inside and at the end of the horizontal piece (lift up slightly on the shelf and press the release lever).
- Two of these folding shelf bracket supports will support up to a 750 lb. load. when properly attached to a vertical surface. Proper attachment depends on the type of vertical surface (wood studs, masonry, etc). Proper attachment may require the use of fastener anchors, consult a fastener expert if necessary.
- This folding shelf bracket is sold by the "each". You would normally order 2 or more for each shelf you are installing (depending on the shelf length).
Small Size
- The horizontal piece measures 11-3/4" long by 1-3/16" wide by 7/8" thick.
- The vertical piece measures 7-7/8" tall by 3/4" wide by 7/8" thick.
- Uses #10 pan or round head screws (8 per folding shelf support).
- Screws are not included.
- After installation and when the shelf is folded in the down position, the gap between the bottom of the shelf and the wall it is attached to will be approximately 1".
Large Size
- The horizontal piece measures 15-3/4" long by 1-7/16" wide by 1-1/16" thick.
- The vertical piece measures 10-11/16" tall by 15/16" wide by 1-1/16" thick.
- It uses #12 pan or round head screws (8 per folding shelf support).
- Screws are not included.
- After installation and when the shelf is folded in the down position, the gap between the bottom of the shelf and the wall it is attached to will be approximately 1-1/4".

The delivery time depends on how far you live from our San Diego warehouse. Generally, your order will reach you in 1 to 5 business days. Shipments do not move on weekends and holidays.

When the unit of measure says “pair” that means two hinges. Usually you need one pair of hinges per door. When the unit of measure says “each” that means one hinge. You would usually order 2 “each” hinges per door.
I want to replace my hinges. How do I make sure the screw holes on the new hinge match the screw holes on the old hinge so I do not have to redrill the holes?

Unfortunately, hinge manufacturers have never standardized the location of their screw hole patterns. Every manufacturer puts their screw holes in a slightly different place. This means that when you replace hinges you will almost certainly have to do some filling and redrilling. The exception to this is Architectural door hinges which are built to a standardized template for each size hinge.
